These Terms of Sale apply when you use the PEZZO website or place an order. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies to you.
ABOUT PEZZO
PEZZO is an Israel-based online jewelry business and trading name specializing in modular Italian-style charm jewelry.
The phrase “Italian-style” describes the modular jewelry format and does not state that the products are manufactured in Italy.
Orders are placed through the PEZZO storefront and Shopify-hosted checkout.

ELIGIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE
You may place an order if you are legally able to enter into the purchase where you live and are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Where a purchase requires the consent of a parent or guardian, it should only be made with that consent.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or infringe the rights of others.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
Product names, descriptions, images, prices and availability may change before an order is placed.
We aim to present our products accurately. Screen settings, photography and normal manufacturing variation can affect how colors and finishes appear.
Material, measurement and finish details apply only where the relevant product listing states them.
PEZZO charms are designed for 9mm Italian-style modular bracelets.
Compatibility with pieces made by other manufacturers can vary and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
READY SETS AND BUILD YOUR OWN
Ready Sets and Build Your Own bracelets use standard components from the PEZZO catalog.
Selecting standard charms does not, by itself, make an order engraved, bespoke or individually manufactured for you.
Components may appear as separate line items in your order.
PRICES, CURRENCY AND TAXES
Prices are presented in USD unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
PEZZO currently accepts delivery addresses in the United States only.
Before payment, checkout shows the amount PEZZO will charge, including shipping and any taxes collected for the U.S. delivery address.
We do not promise a particular tax treatment beyond the amounts shown at checkout.
If a price or product detail is displayed in error, we may correct it.
We will not simply charge a higher amount than the one you agreed to. Where an affected order has already been placed, we may contact you or cancel the affected item and refund any amount collected as required.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items shown at checkout.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order.
Before dispatch we may decline or cancel an order where, for example:
- an item is unavailable;
- payment is not authorized;
- there is a material pricing or product-information error;
- fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected; or
- the delivery address cannot be served.
If we cancel an item after payment has been collected, we will provide the required refund.
PAYMENT
Payment is processed through the payment methods made available in Shopify checkout.
The methods shown there are the methods available for your order at that time.
The PEZZO storefront does not receive your full payment-card number or card security code.
SHIPPING
Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.
Shipping methods, charges and any available delivery estimate are shown at checkout or in your order information.
If we cannot ship within a shipping time communicated for the order, or within the applicable default period where no shipping time was stated, we will provide the delay, cancellation and refund options required for the order.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
PEZZO offers a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return window in addition to applicable statutory rights, subject to that policy.
Where mandatory law gives you stronger protection, that law applies.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact:

Please include your order number and details of the issue.
PEZZO will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND MISUSE
The PEZZO name, original site design, text and imagery are owned by us or used with permission.
Other names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Do not use the site unlawfully, impersonate another person, knowingly submit false payment information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site's operation or infringe another person's rights.
SITE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
Temporary technical errors, interruptions or catalog inaccuracies may occur.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
This choice does not remove any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you and cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
Nothing prevents you from using a court, regulator, dispute process or other remedy available under applicable law.
CHANGES
We may update these terms as the store changes.
The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
