PEZZO operates this online jewelry storefront from Israel and currently serves customers in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse the PEZZO storefront, place an order through Shopify-hosted checkout, or contact us.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with the store, information may include your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, order and transaction information, customer-support messages, device and browser information, IP address, and information about how you use the storefront.

Payment information is handled by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. The PEZZO storefront does not receive your full payment-card number or card security code.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use personal information to operate the store, process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, and improve the storefront.

SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DISCLOSURES

Information may be processed by Shopify and by providers that support payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, hosting, email delivery, security and customer support.

Those providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect the store and its users, or as part of a business transaction where permitted by law.

OPTIONAL ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING MEASUREMENT

PEZZO has Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel configured for pre-checkout measurement.

On the PEZZO storefront, these optional tools are controlled by the visitor's privacy choice and by Shopify's Customer Privacy signals. Where optional tracking is not allowed, these tools remain off.

Where Shopify reports that your browser has opted out of data sale or sharing, including through a Global Privacy Control signal where Shopify honors it, PEZZO keeps optional analytics and advertising measurement off.

A local “Allow optional tracking” choice does not override that opt-out.

You can review your storefront tracking choice at any time using the “Privacy choices” link in the PEZZO footer.

Shopify also provides its own privacy controls for processing that Shopify controls.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Essential technologies are used to provide core storefront, cart, checkout, security and preference functions.

Optional analytics or advertising technologies are not required to place an order and are subject to the privacy controls described above.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or opting out of certain uses or disclosures of personal information.

These rights and any exceptions depend on your location and the circumstances. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Where a data-sale or sharing opt-out applies, Shopify's privacy controls and supported browser signals may also be used for processing controlled by Shopify.

RETENTION

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including the life of an order and related support, and for as long as records must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute or other legal purposes.

Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

CHILDREN

The store is aimed at adults and is not directed to children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the situation.

SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and rely on Shopify and the payment providers for checkout and payment security.

No website or service can guarantee absolute security.

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Some service providers, including Shopify, operate internationally.

Personal information may therefore be processed in countries other than the one where you live, subject to the safeguards and legal requirements applicable to those providers.

CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy when the store, its providers or its practices change.
